Melanie completed her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto after graduating from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics. She has over fifteen years of experience in treating patients of all ages and a wide variety of conditions (i.e.: low back and neck pain; disc herniations; rotator cuff pain; post surgical rehabilitation). Melanie enjoys working with her clients to help them achieve their desired goals; whether it be returning to a sport or improving their wellbeing. She integrates a variety of treatment techniques into her patient’s treatment plans, which include manual therapy, exercise training, pilates, acupuncture and dry needling.
Growing up, Melanie participated in a number of sports including competitive gymnastics, she understands the demands of sports on our bodies and the importance of exercise training for our health and wellbeing.
